All orders need to be received by 8am on Friday to receive your delivery that Sunday. Our orders are delivered directly to your door by one of our delivery drivers.

We will be contacting you that Sunday to give you a heads up when we will be arriving. If you 

If you are not home to receive your delivery then the delivery driver will leave the package in a safe spot at the address you provide us with.

Yes you will need to contact our support team directly at support@goldengoods.ca. We will require a 24 hour advance notice to make the changes in our delivery routes.

If you don’t plan on consuming your meals within 5 days of receiving them we recommend to freeze them to prolong the life of the meal. The containers the food comes in are freezable and ensures the food is protected from freezer burn.

NO! Our site does not require a recurring subscription although we will have that option available shortly. At the moment, simply place your order and checkout for a one time order fee.

5 days in the fridge is the maximum time that they should be consumed in.

All of our meal containers are microwave-safe containers. Remove the top lid and place directly into the microwave. Heating time is between 2 and 4 minutes.

Orders over $50 have no delivery fee. Orders below $50 are subject to a $10 delivery fee.

We take allergies very seriously, if you have an allergy and are concerned about the food please contact us at support@goldengoods.ca right away to confirm the ingredients. We will do our best to add as much information possible.

Once you sign up for an account, in your dashboard there will be a referral link you can copy and send to a friend. If your friend buys directly from the referral link you will receive a $5 promotional code to be applied at checkout on your next order

The Supper meals come in a larger container and have approxiamtly 150g protein, 1 cup starch, 1 cup vegetables (varies per meal.) These meal are the perfect size as a big dinner or split between 2 people. The Lunch meals come in a smaller container and have approxiamtly 100g protein, 3/4 cup starch, 3/4 cup vegetables (varies per meal.) This size is perfect for on the go lunches. Bring it to work and have a gourmet meal ready for you in minutes. No more of the big 11am question “whats for lunch!?”
